First River Otter Spotted in the Bronx in 100 Years Along the Bronx River

It was June 23rd when a furry brown arrow shot past a motion-activated camera along the Bronx River and sent conservationists mad with excitement. It was the first time in approximately 100 years that an otter was observed in this borough of New York City, and provided compelling evidence that decades of conservation and restoration
